I finally was able to take my 2019 1500 in for all of the recalls including an abs recall. Anyway I never touch the headlight switch because it's set to automatic. I also hadn't driven it until about a month after the dealer worked on it. I was driving it the other DAY when I realized that I couldn't see the screen or the instrument panel as it was so dim. I tried to rotate the dimmer and nothing helped. I went to change the headlight setting and the center of it was pushed in to the point where I cant turn anything. It's currently flush with the dash and if I pushed it it will fall back into the dash. I called the dealer and of course they denied doing anything near that switch and refused to help. Has anyone ever experienced this? I think something is now ungrounded and affecting the brightness of the IP and screen. I also noticed that the light for whether its in 4 automatic or 2 wd isn't on either. As soon as it gets above 10 degrees I'm planning on snaking an inspection camera back there as I can't get my hand in it.

Sounds like someone hit it with their knee and caused the switch to separate from the bezel and the back of the switch to come undone, causing a problem with the PCB contacts.
You can pop it out with a trim tool and take a look. Should be able to just press/snap it all back together.
Also, do not work on it until the truck has warmed up well and the plastic is not brittle.

Green= switch recessed.
Red = no control of lights.

I thought my switch was bad and pulled it out with the help of my wife's guitar pick and trim tools. The guitar pick is thinner than my trim tools. If you have to replace the switch make sure you buy the correct light switch, there are a few versions. The switch I ordered was $65 shipped by Bam Wholesale.
