Sometimes starts well but this past week has had about 7 long starts but always starts.. had the battery tested and said everything was working correctly and checked out in good condition.. also my start/stop isn’t working..no check engine lights and no codes..but I still think it could be the battery.. any thoughts would be appreciated.. bought with 47000 and have 49400 now. Not very familiar with Etorque.. I have a video of it starting but haven’t figured out how to attach quite yet.. Thanks

I'm not sure if the 22s have the secondary battery, but that could be the issue.

During the long starts, is the engine cranking slowly, or at regular crank speed? If slowly, then I would still suspect the starter battery, despite it passing the test (you might be right at the lower edge of what the test considered "good"). If you're still running on the factory starter battery, it's common for them to degrade and become problematic after just 2-3 years. Since your stop/start isn't working, that can also be a sign the system is detecting the starter battery as too weak. However the separate e-torque 48v battery in the cabin complicates troubleshooting a bit. It is not used during cold starts, but it is used at stop/starts at stoplights.

I would just get a new starter battery (get an AGM version if you can swing it). Best case It will fix your issue, worst case you'll have a new starter battery now, which you'll be needing anyway (assuming you are still using factory battery). If your issues persist with a new battery then obviously a dealer visit would be warranted at that point.
