Rear alignment

Recently got an alignment. 2020 Laramie, see sig.

Was told the rear axle can't be aligned, only a thrust value that can be read but can't be adjusted. It was 0.15 deg. I took it back for the front (steering wheel wasn't centered) and while there to look at the rear again. This time it was 0.46 but they said they didn't do anything.

Are these readings ok? What would make it go from 0.15 to 0.46 in a week (user error with the alignment maxhine?)?

Trailing arm bushings might be worn
