Hey All.
Anyone out there having issues w/ their USB Media Hub in their vehicle? I'm not interested in a debate on 'how to' listen to music (I know there are other ways...), I'm having issues with the HU recognizing and playing back my music on USB, mostly on USB 1 slot. There's no rhyme or reason as to when it's going to work or fail... sometimes I can be listening to music and a 'USB Error' pops-up, it'll not be recognized at all, or the playback won't continue from where it left off the previous time the truck was on and playing. Very frustrating to say the least.
Yes, I've tried about 6-7 different USB (sizes, brands and formats)... and it's doing the same thing. I've had the truck a little over 2 years and finally got my dealer to replace the HU after it would randomly go wonky and reboot, etc... wouldn't show cabin temp settings, outdoor, etc. I have an appointment this Friday for the USB hub and I know everything will "check out fine" when I take it in. I have plenty of pics to show them, but I doubt those will help...
I'm almost at 30K miles... and I want this issue fixed before the factory warranty is up. Any thoughts are appreciated.
