question about the free 10 year/100K miles warranty..

so as we all know Ram is offering free 10 year/100K miles warranty on just about all 2026 Ram 1500 trucks.
with that being said, how could my friend know for sure their truck has it prior to taking it home?
i know they could ask the sales consultant but we all know they lie sometimes just to close a deal.

Maybe have the dealership put it in writing prior to leaving the dealership.

Make sure your “friend” knows that this isn’t a bumper to bumper warranty. It’s an extended powertrain warranty.

Yes out of the service dept software they can query it see it - I'm not sure how long that takes to populate though. Might have a lag
