yone have a fix for headliner/pano sunroof rattle/click noise over bumps? Been battling for a while, trying different fixes. So far - lubes seals with crytox 205, dropped headliner numerous times to secure wiring, tighten speakers, added dynomat/foam around things that seemed loose and might be making noise. New Velcro clips on headliner, and added foam blocks from the TSB. ***if roof is open or tilted, I don’t hear and clicking/rattle.

Could it be the rear/non-moveable glass panel? Sounds like it’s back there. Seems like it is suspended, and surrounded by a foam rubber gasket against the roof metal. Maybe this is making the noise and needs to be removed/lubed/replaced?

I'm experiencing the same issue, I'm curious if anyone has a solution for it.

Just chiming in to make sure it's the pano sunroof that's rattling (and not the rear slider). Do you typically open the rear slider at the same time? There's a known rattling issue on that when open.

Don’t think it’s the rear window, checked that a few times and seems to be ok. Thanks for the tip though!

I had this issue on my 2023 Limited. Definitely is related to the rear pano piece clunking against movable part.
I took it to the dealer to fix it and they did in tiered steps. First they tried lubricating it which didn't work; Second, they replaced the both glass pieces because the weatherstrip comes with it. That ultimately failed. Finally, they replaced the whole frame and that fixed it. It still silent to this date. If you're still under warranty, I recommend going that route to be sure of elimination. Otherwise, try different lubrication and ensure the weather stripping isn't kinked anywhere.

solved! spent some time partially dropping headliner again and started loosening/checking bolts and hardware.

I found these screws while checking things to be tight.
*note they were not tight, and I think this is by design so they can swivel.
anyway, I tightened them up, and noise got WAY worse!

so, I loosened them 1/4 turn, NOISE GONE!!!!!
added some lube around the bracket and rubber in this area.
but if you have noise, try loosen the screw 1/4 turn and see if it goes away!
been chasing this for years. so happy its fixed now.

Are you all noticing this noise due to recent temp drops or have you had is thru summer months as well?

seems to increase in colder temps, but its been like 2 years this has been making noise all year

Increase with colder temps sounds like seals, not that screw. The seals will contract in cold temps and because of that, allow more movement. Mine did that and lubricating the seals with some 3-IN-ONE RVcare Rubber Seal Conditioner fixed it.

Appreciate the tip, I did regularly clean and line the seals. My go to is dupont krytox gpl205, it’s around $80/2oz tube. Unfortunaly, that wasn’t the sound I was hearing. This was more plastic on plastic than the dry rubber skidding over metal sound.

You can probably see how much extra lube is around that area in the pic, I started going nuts with it lol! I have to go clean that off a little bit

All of these issues plus potential leaks are reasons I would never buy a truck or any vehicle with a pano roof.

Interesting, I haven't heard of this rear slider rattle before. Out of curiosity, do you know the cause and fix?

EDIT: NVM, I searched the forum and found some posts. Haven't had either of these issues but I've bookmarked these pages just in case.... Sometimes social media is a great thing ;)
