Alignment with Eibach Pro Sport shocks

After a lot of reading and studying I finally replaced the Readylift spacer lift with adjustable ride height shocks about 6 months ago on my 2019 Laramie. Had run that setup for 75,000 miles. Chose the eibach pro sport adjustable shocks. Love the ride. Everything is great. Except - i had an alignment done after install, just because I felt i should with some geometries changing. The alignment seems fine, but my steering wheel is off center by about 10 degrees. I dont know the mechanics of this but I imagined that was just some kind of oversight by the tech that did the job. So I wnt back to the same shop asking for that to be rectified. He claimed to have done a full alignment again. I left the shop late for my next appointment, only to find the steering wheel was still in the same "crooked" position. I made another appointment and went back a 3rd time, clearly explaining that I was there ONLY to get the steering wheel issue corrected. The tech had it in the shop for another hour, came back and said he's done everything he can do. The truck is in perfect alignment, and he can't understand why the steering wheel isn't straight. I am a.banker by trade and have no idea how the linkage between the suspension and the steering wheel works. Is this possible that my steering wheel cannot be straightened? Or would it be as simple as taking it to another shop to be corrected? Does it have anything to do woth the Eibachs?

Appreciate any insight.
 
Was the steering wheel off before the alignment? Sounds like the tech doesn’t know what he’s doing imo. He corrected toe on both wheels while the steering wheel wasn’t straight.

Thanks for your reply. The steering wheel was straight before the 1st alignment, after the Eibachs were installed. I had no reason from a driver perspective to do the alignment. I just thought it would be a good idea. In your opinion is it likely an alignment at another shop may yield a different result? I.e. the steering wheel is straight?
 
The steering is electric.

One of the reasons I will no longer go anywhere but dealership for an alignment, is I had an issue with previous Mopar vehicle ( lifted Grand Cherokee ), claiming the shop couldn't get aligned. I took to dealership and they got it first time, no issues. I'll pay the extra for a dealership!

They are supposed to center the steering wheel when doing the alignment. We always do!
 
Some info on centering steering wheel from the 5th Gen Forum. Not that complicated but can be tedious to get spot on.

"If your steering wheel isn’t straight when going down the highway simply adjusting both tie rod ends 1/8th to 1/4 of a turn at a time will fix the issue. Mark a line on both inner and outer tie rods to keep track of your progress. Both sides are standard thread (righty tighty, lefty loosy)."
