Can't Read The Pin With JSCAN

Hey team,

'23 1500 BH
I'm wanting to program a new FOB. I brought JSCAN (already have the BT module and security cable as I've been using AlphaOBD for a while) and it connects to the truck.
I did the whole hazzards on, open/close door, wait one minute thing (the procedure according to JSCAN) but I can't read the PIN.
Anyone have an idea as to why?

Any help appreciated.

Tonight my new key fob programmer came in. I successfully programmed a new fob(now with tailgate open function)for my 22 5th gen that didn’t have that function before. The new programmer will do most makes and models and should pay for itself after a couple uses.

I hadn't seen the post and tried but still get the error in the pic...

That pic sucks but it says "Unable to read Pin, wrong data"

I followed that links instructions word for word and got it to program a second key.

I'm sure once I get the PIN it'll work fine. Just gotta get the PIN...

Do you have a good internet connection when you're attempting?
