Oil leak

What is this on top of my motor? Is it the generator for start stop? Also it appears oil might be leaking from it? Any ideas?

I think that's your e-torque.
The oil looks to be sloppy oil change refill.

Yep that is the E Torque , takes the place of the Altenator I have the same it is you also have 48 volt battery's behind the rear seat cant recall if we have 2 or 1, kind of over kill Theory is to produce more Torque at low end and increase MPG , I miss the altenator lol.
