Unstable cold start

I have a 2020 1500 V8 hemi that just started spazzing out at cold start up ....any clues?

Clean the throttle body. I'm guessing the throttle plate sticks so the throttle motor overshoots, then backs off too much, over and over and over. If it's something else, no big deal, you haven't hurt anything and it doesn't cost much.

Checked your air filter? I'm just grasping, but the throttle body is where I'd start too. You say no codes/errors "displayed". Does that mean no Dash warning lights? Or did you actually plug in a scanner to check for codes? I'd be fairly surprised if there aren't codes stored.

Checked the air filter...super clean
Removed and cleaned the throttle body
Reassembled and let the truck idle for 4min then another... Waiting until it's cold to see if there is an improvement

Not quite right still but an improvement.
Almost out of gas so testing the bad fuel suggestion next.
