Does anyone have info on portal axles for 5th gens? what other mods can be done to replicate a portal axle on these trucks?

I have looked before and it seems that no one makes them for Ram yet. I have read that a few guys have used "universal" portals and modified them to fit but that sounds sketch to me. What I do know is that on other vehicles they are loud and make steering a fun sport. If you happen to find some and get them on, I'd be very interested in a full report please.

I’ve just seen videos and read a few write ups about them and everyone seems to love them. but all the info I have seen so far is on smaller vehicles no full size trucks.

Pretty sure they have them for F150's. Other than that I've seen them for Taco's Bronco's and Jeeps. That's it.

Yea the company 74 weld is making a notable size foot print in the wide range and availability for them. Hopefully our trucks will be on a manufactures list, it would be awesome to see them on a 5th gen.

Portal Pros told me they are not gonna do it, but if I swap my front axles and stuff to the Ford one then their stuff will fit.
I haven't checked with 74Weld but I think they're not gonna do it either.

I know why they are not making it but at this point it's just beating a dead horse over and over lol

Yep. Too bad. None of the vehicles they make them for are vehicles I would want. Oh well.

R&D is driven by demand and too bad there's no demand on this platform for serious stuff.
can't change the community so... stick with what you have already, change your requirements/ tastes for a vehicle, or give up completely.
I mean, unless you're willing to spend at least half of the truck's money for them to do a one-off, that is.
