Digital Key setup 2025 Laramie

If it was very hot outside all day long, the interior of the truck might be hotter than the current temp is outside. So on my way to the parking garage (after work), I could hit the Vent button to start circulating cooler outside air into my truck before I get there without starting it.
But why not just start it and it be cool when you get inside instead of just being not as hot?

1st to save on gas.... but i also have a Ravelco kill switch, so remote start is disabled. Truck was in shop yesterday for proximity wake... which now works. Ventilation button now works as well. Reapplied latest update.

Good news!
Please followup if you have any battery issues (parasitic drain, etc.).

I am very interested in this. My first 25 RAM had tons of battery issues but the proximity wake worked (most of the time). The replacements 25 I have now has zero battery issues but proximity wake has never worked. Please keep us updated if you have any battery issues.

I turned off proximity wake. Every time I walked by the truck in my driveway, it would wake up. Even if I wasn’t getting in. I always have my phone on me, but not the fob. Figured it would just be a drain on the battery to keep waking up. The battery actually drained when I had it in getting the ceramic coat and window tint. The guys said the lights kept turning on and off.

Well, now, you are just bragging..... walking by your Ram and the proximity wake-up works with your phone like a Unicorn!

1 week in, and so far so good. Proximity Wake still functioning as it should and no issues with the batteries so far!

I really truly have my doubts. I wonder if Stellantis will continue the same false advertising with the 2026?

Seems like completing the features you're still bragging about for the trucks you already sold in the model year that's coming to a close would be a priority... but alas the evidence suggests otherwise.

Do you guys really think they are not ever going to roll out the SPAAK feature? Would there be any grounds for a class action? I am beyond pissed off about this. I also can’t believe they omitted the auto parking feature with no warning.

I don’t know that I really believe they’ll never roll it out, but I’m starting to doubt they’ll roll it out before I’m in the market for a new truck again. But I’m one of those guys that drive a lot of miles.

The auto parking is another good example. Many of us ordered our truck while that was still on the build sheets. Of course we don’t get window stickers until it’s built, so…. That’s a moot point.
I went after them for these two things as well as the surround view camera system for trailers- it was part of the trailer group originally.
The facts are very clear, and they know they’re in the wrong. They also know that bringing a class action involves a LOT of time and money and isn’t likely to happen. But I’m willing to help if there is an effort in this direction.

Stellantis’ lack of truthfulness and transparency in communications is what really sours me on the brand - and I’ve been loyal for decades.

I have a 25 Laramie lvl 2 with the key card but haven't seen any updates to the Ram app on my android for SPAAK or the vented seats. Do we just have to wait for our turn or is there a way to proactively get an update forbthe app or the Uconnect sodtware? Apologies if this has already been answered and I just didn't look hard enough!

Just have to wait. And wait.
They rolled it out to a few Beta testers (have heard maybe 100 but not sure how real that is), and had issues. Whatever the reason, everyone is waiting for the pairing tile to show up in the app.
