*HEMI UPDATE* 2026 Ram 1500 Factory Orders @ MARK DODGE

Just got notified by dealer that the build I did I had canyon lake (new color), manufacturer won’t accept order til the color goes back online….whatever that means. But when I built it it said it was available.

Trying to build a 2026 Express with the Hemi, but it is forcing the 3.21 gear ratio. Selecting 3.55 or 3.92 defaults to the Hurricane. Ugh.....

Is it a build n price tool flaw, or can you really not get 3.92 axle with the 5.7L engine anymore?

You can with a Limited - Hemi with 3.92

Hemi can only be ordered with a 3.92 rear across the board. Disregard online build and price it is incorrect you cannot option a hemi truck with any other gear then 3.92 when ordering in dealer system

A 3.92 and a 33 gallon tank only from what im hearing.

2026 RAM slight price increase coming, as a reminder when you have a factory order you are protected against any MSRP increase from manufacturer, but your price CAN go down if they add rebates. While they have alerted us of this base MSRP increase and destination fee increase, there can also be package/component changes that we can't see yet. Luckily this isn't a huge increase but if you are about ready then now could be the time! Also benefits existing orders because their window sticker will show higher, but their sale price remains the same.26 Ram increase.jpg

Still no Hemi Longbed ordering out there, Anthony?

According to brand manager for RAM 1500 nationally, longbed hemi most likely not until following model year :(
Well, we may have to work up a 2 year lease for a shortbed instead then. Ill email you later. Thanks

Why the hell are destination charges STILL going up? They are already insane. $2k to bring my truck from the factory to the dealership? Why can't I just buy a plane ticket, come get my truck, and put the $1,700 in my pocket? And now it's going up again? Why? Fuel prices are going down, not up. It's robbery.

IMO, there's no reason for destination charges - I'd rather they just include it in the base MSRP, raised if necessary.
BUT it allows them to state, for RHO for example, "Starting at $69,990"
Additionally, they don't pay holdback on dest fees so it saves them $66 worth of payback to dealers LOL.

Do we think there will be better incentives come Nov/Dec/Jan? Looking to upgrade from my '21 5.7ET with 3.92 (currently only 35k miles). Wanting to get a '26 before the extended warranty is up in 27

Not even dealerships know that. It's anyone's guess whether incentives will be better at that time. My guess is that if sales don't pick up a lot, incentives will get better. If sales pick up a lot then incentives might go down. Simple supply and demand.

Correct - they will throttle ALL sorts of different programs up and down to achieve the goal - it has nothing to do with the month on the calendar, and everything to do with their ability to get dealerships to buy what's NEW coming in, and their (stellantis) profitability.

The fact that we just saw a minor ($250-$1200) price INCREASE on 2026 models, would be a clue that we're NOT close to huge rebates on 2026s. The inventory levels are WAY lower than 2 years ago heading into the fall when RAM had the largest days-on-lot inventory. That's been very well corrected. Additionally, the on/off of tarriffs has made for supply chain inconsistencies, as no one wants to be left holding the bag when the music stops. HEMI production is going to start SLOW and not have great availability on the lots any time through at least Q1 of next year. We have seen them have different rebates based on powertrain as well - so they could have bonus cash on Hurricane or Pentastar but not Hemi.
