Is this a leak of something else

I was changing my diff fluid of my 2020 ram 1500 5.7. I noticed this fluid it is pink and it is crusted on everything it is hard now that it is dried . Not sure what it could be any ideas. Its on the front of the engine and seems to be only located by what I believe to be the crank shift pulley. Again it is a hard pink substance.please help

That looks like coolant residue. Probably dripping down from the water pump.

Ok ill have to check it out. Its weird that its just located there. Ill check my coolant fluid . Thanks gentleman
