Active driving assist to hands free?

I’m really enjoying the active driving assist when cruising on the highway. Around town I don’t think I’ll ever use it. I’m wondering what would be required to upgrade to the hands free driving assist? Does anyone know what the exact difference is? It’s just a thought I had. Is it just a software issue or is there additional hardware between the 2?

I don’t know if it’s what you’re looking for… but I have comma ai. I mean, it doesn’t make turns like Tesla self drive and I use it in city drives sometimes.

I just want to be able to take my hands off the wheel for longer than 5 seconds.

yeah. You don’t have to touch your steering wheel with comma ai. It’s pretty expensive tho u less if you can snag a used one for cheap.
