I'm a little late to help, but I have a 2020 1500 2wd with a 2.5" motofab level. I fit 305/55r20's on stock wheels with no rubbing at all. I love how they stick just slightly outside the fender well, but sometimes I feel they don't look much taller than stock. So in the future I'll probably end up going with a 295/65 and adding 1/4" spacers to keep that wider stance and help with any possible rubbing.
I also removed the air dam system to make the front look a little taller, and I love the way it came out. I do very little interstate driving so I didn't notice any loss to my MPG from doing this.
