Is that it for my 2020 5.7l? Starting to hear tic when cold. Suggestions to slow failure till money can be saved for repair? Oil changes every 3-5 thousand kilometers(was hoping to avoid issue) but lots of idle time due to cold temps here.

if its only when the engine is cold it is likely to be the exhaust manifolds rather than lifters
 
I should add that both manifolds just done at dealer. Both were cracked at seam but no broken bolts.
 
Check the manifolds again..before you assume the worse.

like 110k miles. check the manifolds. no more warrantee so good excuse to put some shorty headers on it and if it's the cam good time to do a mds delete and a BTR TRUCK NORRIS CAM........
