Vibration at 1500-2000 RPM

Ram2022 with 3.92, stopping at Ram Dealer/Repair almost every month to fix this fine vibration issue. It is hard to ignore this vibration when in 4 Auto, Looks like Ram knows about the issue but do not want to fix, They call it is normal behavior.

My friend has 3.21 ratio and there is no vibration. Any one got it fixed? let us know.

Has anyone gotten anywhere with this issue either fixing it themselves or through the dealerships?

I have a 2023 limited that has done this since day 1. I have brought it up to the dealership every single time it has gone in for routine service and they say they can't reproduce. Such a joke. I have owned a 2012, 2015, 2019, and now this 2023. This is the only one that does it and it's always in the 1500 to 2000 range.

I have modded my truck with no success at rectifying the issue. Swapped the exhaust to a gt exhaust, intake, pulsar xt to use mds deletelifted, New tires, New sway bars and end links (front and back)... doesn't matter it always vibrates in the pedal and wheel slightly. This is my only con with this truck and it's so frustrating.

It has to be drivetrain related. It's the only thing I haven't adjusted or swapped. Can't believe ram just ignores this.

Sounds similar to my issue. The dealer finally replaced the front wheel bearings and that resolved my issues, it was back to showroom smooth after that. The bearings did not make any noise or appear defective, but they were….

That's really interesting. Really appreciate the response too. I will bring this up. There want a service code or anything they mentioned was there? Or like a bulletin?

Also, has anyone looked into the Passive vs /active mass tuning modules? They are on our build sheets and are the little metal things attached to our frames by the running board mounts. Fancy way of saying we needed something to stop this from rattling too much, but gotta wonder if it's not some weird engine rpm vibration sync too.

Any one find something ? Same **** 2024 5.7l 3.92

G’day all, registered an account just to join this chat as I think we are on to something. 2023 Ram Rebel with the etorque and, I think more importantly, 3.92 ratio as standard.
I drive the truck about once a week and this vibration/him/buzz is immediately noticeable. 1500 -2000 rpm, peaking at the high end of the range. Silky smooth outside of that RPM range and when you take your foot off the gas. Gear or speed is irrelevant. It feels like the engine is labouring, like when you drive a manual and select 5 instead of 3 so I align with the comments around the transmission shifting too early. Slightly worse in cold weather. Cruising around 100km/h in 8th is around 2000rpm, you will feel it when you need to accelerate slightly for a hill or pass. If you manually switch down to 7th, or just give it the beans, you are back to silky smooth heaven. Until it shifts up again at least.
Took it to the dealer and gave him this description. Told him it was on the drivetrain and not tires, suspension or wheel bearing. So he replaced a wheel bearing under warranty and charged me $200 for an alignment.
It fixed nothing.

Same issue here. 2023 Limited. When I switch to 4wd Auto and accelerate get vibration in pedal and steering wheel. Lift off the accelerator and vibration goes away. Switch back to 2wd and vibration goes away. It has to be transfer case in front. That is the only variable that changes in this entire thread. Tires aren’t out of balance, cold weather, begins during warm up, etc. all the same symptoms as everyone else. Any one have the xfer case serviced? It’s quite annoying for a high end vehicle.
