Pretty sure the USB hub under my radio is dead. It works sometimes, will disconnect/reconnect randomly, sometimes it won't work at all. Trying to find the right part number, but having difficulty.

2020 Rebel, 12" screen. Seeing part numbers 68397098AE and 68272254AE look pretty much the same, and the ports match what I have. BAM makes it look like it's for the center console though. Mine has the two USB A ports with USB C above and the audio jack in between. Would rather have the part on hand and only have to take the dash apart one time if possible. Anyone know which one it might be?

Looking at moparfactoryparts.com I would venture to guess it being the 68397098AE. As always, check fitment before ordering...

Yeah that's what I was looking at, but it says it's for the back of the center console. Can't find anything for underneath the radio stack. Guess I'll have to pull the radio to see if I can pop it out.
The diagram does show it as item number 9 in the exploded parts view when I click on it.

Yep, after getting in my truck yesterday it made more sense looking at the center console. I kept thinking the radio stack was separate, but the console runs the whole way. Thinking #9 is it. Thanks!

I ordered the 68272254AE to replace mine. It's still sitting in the box in my truck. I figure I'll get around to it one day. I have a 2019 Rebel and that's the one I intended to replace. I think I looked at it, and it looked the same. Someone posted at some point, Apple car play or whatever it is will work on the new one, where mine just does Android Auto.

That's how I realized mine was going. I have an AA Wireless, but because the truck stays on if something is pinging the system it would constantly try to connect to my phone when I was in my house. I've basically gotten to where I plug/unplug the AA Wireless into my truck every time I get in/out, so I probably wore out the connection.
