Blind spot monitoring

Have a 2025 Ram 1500 tungsten has been in shop 2 plus weeks. Blind spot monitoring system malfunctioning the lights don't turn off. Dealer unable to find the problem. Anyone else having this issue?

The infotainment system has BSM settings. Have they looked into that? Not sure it'll help, but I've been reading that a hard reset on the infotainment system resolves weird stuff like this.

I'm not having the issue in my '25 Rebel.

My limited did this one day but after turning it off, locking it, and went back to normal.

I'm still working with my Blind Spot Monitoring system. In my previous cars, I received advance notice of approaching vehicles entering the blind spot areas. However, in the 2025 model, the system only activates when a car is already in the blind spot zone. I will check to see if any adjustments can be made.g with my Blind Spot Monitoring.

Yeah my new one got delayed delivery because the same issue. Come on the minute I registerd the APP. Dealer told me its a harness issue and got the part yesterday. When I get it back this week Ill ask them exactly what harness.

I have a 2025 limited. Been to dealer three times already. Have shown them video etc. I am so frustrated. They don’t seem to have a clue what to do with it. Makes my blood boil that this brand new truck with 5000 km on it has this issue. Infuriating.

I have 2025 Limited, my blind spot monitoring system would fail and when truck was turned off and back on it would reset. I was able to take to dealer while it was in error. They had truck for 2 days and happened to have a technical engineer at the dealer. He told servixe he has seen it and replacing the main decision module corrected issue. They have ordered the part (on national backorder) so will be bringing it back when part comes in. Will post follow up with results.

Thanks for this. My Limited goes back in tomorrow. When I pick it up my question will be what did they do differently this time that they didn’t do the previous two visits. Cause if they give me so BS answer and within a couple days I start getting the same warnings and. Issues I might lose my mind. My next course of action so to have a discussion with ownership or go to another dealer. Are there any other options that anyone knows of? Of the dealer isn’t able to fix the issue can I escalate this to Ram chrysler? I would hope that they do this one their own if their attempts to fix this don’t work.
Also wish there was a return policy. They would take this thing back so fast…….

Mine started acting a little funny at 3k miles. Now it’s more prominent at 4.6k miles. Some time it resets over night then it fine. It a daily game of if it’s going to work. Today my collision avoidance went off as well. Anyone else have the same along with BSM?

Yes, I have both issues and now they see to go off at the same time. I have a 2025 Limited. Did you ever get a resolution on explanation?
