Pedal commander vs Pedal max vs Banks vs...

The more I read and watch as well as talk with the guys at work, the less enthused I am about the PC.
Might just leave it stock. I barely crack 4K rpms anyways.

I'll throw my 2 cents in...I started with the PC, ran fine until it didn't. Service Throttle warnings, sudden acceleration, limp mode. After the 3rd time of things happening, I switched to Banks. I did put a Roar Pedal throttle controller in the wife's F-Pace and haven't had issues with it.

I started with the pedal commander and after the 4th time it failed while driving and losing all throttle control I threw it away and went with a banks. the PC pulls power off the 5v reference wire. if it pulls to much, voltage drops, ecu freaks out...dashboard lights up and you lose your throttle until you pull over and restart the truck and clear the codes.

Does anyone have experience with one of these units in a truck with the GT package paddle shift? I'm wondering if it also closes the throttle faster? I notice when I down shift the throttle seems to hold open a little too long and isn't very snappy, maybe by design, I don't know. I know a transmission tune would be beneficial for this platform, but the rpms hanging seem to be a throttle response issue to me, I could be wrong. So my question is, do any of these increase the throttle response in both directions?

Appreciate all the responses. If I do anything to the RAM it will be the Banks.
Now to find something other than PC type units for the wifes Buick Enclave 3.6.

Just an aside, I put a tune in a 3.6 impala. Worlds better awake and unrestricted. I used an obscure guy named overkill, but not that Overkill. IMG_0186.png
