I searched threads but could not find anything exactly like my question. Sorry if I missed it. Even if I stop truck with my Uconnect home screen displayed, for seemingly no reason sometimes on start-up it defaults to the "Comfort" screen. I have the latest software version and no other issues. I can't find anything in the profile or other settings to force the home screen default. Is there are reason for this? Thank you all.

It's a bug in their software. Hopefully Uconnect releases an update that corrects this issue.

T27.46 is the latest firmware for the Uconnect 8.5" and 12" systems.Sorry not sure why it missed the photo
