Has RAM made a new rear window?

So I see 2 cracks in my 2019 RAM that were not there when new. Truck is well beyond warranty and leaks. I am fine paying for the new windew but have they re-engineered it or whatever or is it the same POS?

I live in Canada and wonder if there is any extended warranty for the window to be replaced?

Thanks

I guess they did because my 2020 had them and it was replaced for free. No more issues for over 2 years.

I purchased a used 2020 and the rear power window leaked. Replaced for free. I believe there is a recall on the year's that had leak issues.

To be clear, there is no recall for the rear window leak. Stellantis extended the warranty on some '19 thru '21 models, in the TSB's posted by @Scram1500 , but it doesn't seem to cover the majority of trucks built during that period when you run the VIN's. The 2020 Laramie I used to own was covered under that but the 2021 Limited I used to own and current 2020 Limited are not covered.

I have a 24 and couldn't find the answer to "if the window has been updated". I believed it wasn't so I did a seal job myself and made the RH moduel waterproof behind the rear seat. I had no leak but thought I shouldn't t wait till it caused all that damage and bricked the whole truck.

There have been a couple "revisions" since 2019 model year, but it didn't seem to have helped the issue. If you don't care about the power sliding rear window, you can get a solid back glass, and those don't have the same issue

Is the sealer visible? My fear is that it's going to be noticable and frankly, look like ****.

Ive thought about that but love the rear window too much.

I guess I could ask this in a new thread (which I might if the answer isnt here) but the rear light: I know it too can leak so if I buy a replacement MOPAR piece, has that been improved at all since this leak became an issue? If it's a cheap fix, I'd swap that out as well as cheap insurance.

Yes, the gasket on the third brake light has been updated.

I have the solid back glass from the factory

Would you mind sharing how you did it and what products you used?
This is what I and many have used.
Some folks used painters tape to mask it, I just put painters tape at the ends to block it and endure it stayed at the top of the window.

Never had a leak and with the Permatex I'm sure I won't...
