2019 Rebel windshield washer pump

The washers fluid reservoir went empty (the warning light never came on) when I refilled it I can hear the pump but it just shoots a small stream on the DS windshield. I watched some videos and saw one that said the screen that goes into the reservoir may be clogged due to tank emptying out and sucking up dirt. It was a 2019 Ram but not a Rebel that was being worked on. I can only see what I believe is the power plug, and looking inside the tank I see 2 prongs so I think it might just be the low washer fluid trigger switch. Does anyone know where the line and pump are located and what needs to be done to access it? Has anyone had a similar issue?

Take apart the grill, looking for a picture of the disassembled front end, unable to find it at the moment.
