Engine chirping

I have a 2020 ecodiesel new to me. It constantly chirps when ever I let off the pedal or when it down shifts. That’s the only time it does it. Is this normal or is there something else going on with it

Mine did this and progressively got worse. One of the fuel injectors was leaking and needed replaced.

Think replacing the crush washer gasket would work?

It was replaced under warranty and they replaced the whole injector.
