U35.26D update on 2025 Ram 1500

Got this update yesterday on my 2025 Ram 1500 can’t tell what was really new. Update message said updates for new features and bug fixes.

How can you see what was really updated?
 
I got this update on my Rebel this morning. My first thought was to look for Uconnect's patch notes, but I don't see any available anywhere either.
 
dont load it !! I have had nothing but bugs since on my 25 limited. others have reported issues as well. 1 big one is it messes up the correct profile loading when you start the truck for the fob you have. when manually switched to correct profile the following can happen.
the screen gets stuck in a loading loop then goes black. ( must reset the radio to clear this. hold un power button until ram logo appeaars) . thats what I did to get my screen back.
correct profile problems
random features sometimes wont work or go into fault. mainly safety things like park assist etc.
random screen flickering.
and 1 occasion I was driving down the road and the screen just changed profiles on its own and then the screen locked up.
I had none of these issues before the update and if I could go back to previous release I would !!

Here we go again. After three years with my 2022 Ram radio acting up, now the 2025 truck i had for two weeks is acting up too. Truck tried to install the update yesterday. Said it was unsuccessful. After that the compass quit, big screen went black, Nav stopped working. At the dealer now.
 
I installed this UConnect software update last Friday, and it seems to have resolved some of my issues. At least I now have some details as to version and what it supposedly addressed.

Seems I spoke to soon. Already twice this week UConnect froze and had a buzzing noise. It rebooted on it's own and lost some saved settings :(
 
It messed up my comfort controls. I no longer see what temp it's set at so it's a guessing game to get to a comfortable temp. Also I now have controls for rear climate when I don't have rear climate controls. Instead of the temp I have a red and blue bar that goes back to blue whenever I adjust it. Also, there's no longer a separate temp adjustment for the passenger. I honestly didn't think they could make UC5 any worse, but they proved me wrong. UC5 is the worst part about my truck, besides the constant regens that just obliterate my fuel economy.

Just installed this on my 25 Bighorn. Can't really tell what's new but no major issues...other than the start up screen is in Italian now?? Thanks Stellantis.

I was hoping the update would finally let me save the volume settings but unfortunately no.

I’ve had zero problems after the update. I have no idea what it did but I haven’t had any of the problems you describe.
 
So I took my truck to dealership (2025 rebel) to see if they can fix my auto door lock when drive and they said they tried to flash a different software and it didn't take . So today I noticed I have no Alexa, no app or anything, all my settings I had to setup again and no Alexa anywhere. I looked up the software build and got this (fca-my24.u35.26-prod) is this what everyone has or did they flash a 2024 software ?

well here is my update on the buggy software,
I think what happened to me may have been related to being logged into my profile in the truck possibly,
I ended up resetting the screen back to factory defaults last week and so far, it's mostly cleared up all the issues now. the only thing I still notice is the screen will flicker now and then for some reason. I have not set my profile back up yet though.

My screen flickers as well. In fact 5 times in the last 1.5 weeks, my UConnect will lock up with a buzzing sound and then reboot after 10 seconds.

I first noticed this too last week when I start the truck there is a buzzing sound then the screen freezes. Press on volume button to reboot then it's ok.
The only good thing about this update is it seemed to fix Off Read Pages always showing the transfer case displaying "Locked" along with the lock icon displaying.

It never worked. Always says up to date and I had 2 manual updates already

This just happened to my new 2025 Longhorn. Only about 800 miles on it. The software said it had updated and now nothing works. Same as you list above, plus reverse camera works only intermittently, and turns off without warning. Has anybody found any fix for this????

log out of your profile if you set one up in the truck then restore the radio to default (factory) settings. it's the only thing that worked for me. my truck is back to operating like it should now. caution, after resetting the radio to default it took my truck a day or so to see everything again. do not log back into your profile if you have set it up until you see everything has returned.
