So I have had all 5.7 hemi’s 200 miles on my new 2025 1500 mix of highway and city no goosing it or over 70mph. Computer showing 14MPG WTF. Is there a brake in period ? What am I missing. Was expecting to get about what my 2021 got but it’s not even close . That was avg 17. Mixed driving .. any feedback

The computer has not read the correct MPG on any of the 4 Rams I have owned. You need to manually calculate your mileage to know what you are really getting.

The mileage readings on my 2025 3.6L are driving me crazy. I only have 1500 miles, so maybe it's just not a big enough sample size or something, but the range is usually way off. I put 200 miles onto my most recent tank of gas and the range still showed 350 miles to empty. Then over the next 100 miles, the range dropped to 120 and MPG stayed exactly the same. It's all over the place, so i only trust the gauge itself. Hopefully it'll get more consistent over time and use.

Update after more drives at longer distances highway I can get 23mpg. Avg 70mph. And 20 around town. Much happier now

My 3.6 has yet to giveme more than 200 miles on a full tank, granted I live in the Cayman Islands so it is a small island, no highways and stop and go traffic.

City driving, drive thrus, idling will kill mpg. My jeep GC with the 3.6 will avg around 18-19 mixed driving. Of course long drives with cruise set will be much better

I have the 3.6 in my 2020 Ram. I live in the sticks about 15 miles from town. So most of my driving is not stop and go. I have also been traveling for work a lot this year, probably 10,000 miles or more highway. My computer says I average 19-20 mpg. I have checked it manually and come up with the same numbers.

I have 2025 1500 4x4 with 3.6l etorque mostly interstate driving only getting 17-18 mpg window sticker claims 19 city 24 hwy, yet to see it. Rear gear 3.21 speeds anywhere from 70-75. feel like it should be do better truck has 10,000 miles on it.

Probably won’t get 24 mpg at that speed. Too much wind resistance. If you drove 55 with the cruise set, I think it would be feasible.

Taking 'Living in the Cayman Islands' off my bucket list! Hahahaha
