I'm getting wheels and tires soon and seems like some have reported that they had trouble selling theirs. Let me know how quickly you were able to sell yours and what price you got for them, condition, etc.

I'm debating on whether I want to bother trying to sell them, or just leave them at the tire shop, assuming they will let me. I don't want them sitting around for many months if they're tough to unload.

I have the Bighorn 20" chrome.

I’d keep them until you use the new wheels and tires for a while. If the new ones don’t balance as well, you’ll get tired of the shaky ride pretty quick. After that, if you’re satisfied, just sell them online and get ready to take a low offer. Seems like OEM wheels don’t resell very well generally.

I bought a set of four 18" factory chrome clad steel wheels in perfect condition for my 2500 several years ago for $500 on Ebay. I wanted to replace the 17" rims it came with. After sitting in my basement a few years, I took the 17" wheels and center caps to a local junkyard (used auto parts place) and they gave me $200 for the set.

I'd love to find a set of OEM wheels for reasonable or cheap, either Bighorn or Rebel. Easy to swap between winter and summer that way.

Used factory wheels/tires do not bring nearly the amount people think they're worth. I got into it with a guy the other day who had his 2021 Rebel wheels and tires, which had 30k miles on them, he had them listed for $1200 and said it was a steal at that price! lol. Depending on your miles you got on the tires, if TPMS is included or not, you'd be lucky to get $500 for the complete set. The higher the miles, the lower the selling price will need to be.

Typically, I've seen stock 18" Rebel wheels that have worn tires will sell at the $350 range (black & silver) or up to $500 in all black. If they have fresh tires, you can add $300 or so to that, and honestly a bargain when you consider how much new Duratracs go for.

I think the folks that try to get over a $1K for stock wheels with worn tires and no TPMS are basing it on the OEM replacement price of each wheel at $350 or so. We all know how inflated that is, you can buy a set of OEM wheels without tires for $200 on Craigslist, Offer Up or Facebook Marketplace.

My plan is to get a set of OEM black rebels for $400 or so, sell my silver and black versions for $200, net paid is $200. Still kinda pricey when you realize it's the same freakin wheel, they just painted one all black.

I've thought about getting a set of the Rebel take offs with low mileage. I haven't read the best reviews on the OEM Goodyear Duratrac, but mostly that they don't last that long and are noisy. I don't care about noise, so could be an option at the right price. I do like the way they look and that they are 18".

I've been happy with my Duratracs, but they got a reputation for sure. Probably because they are OEM on so many vehicles, including the Trail Boss Silverado, Canyon, Defender, etc. for example along with a score of other various SUVs and trucks, so lots of opinions to go around. They are kind of a hybrid AT/MT, bridging the gaps in looks and performance, not quite as loud as a MT but with nearly the looks.

They definitely wear more, though at 19,000 miles I really didn't notice anymore noise since new. I would only get them nearly new on an OEM set of rims, but buying brand new at the tire store, there are so any other better options for the same if not cheaper.

I had a set for a bit. They definitely had some road noise to them I didn't care for so I sold them pretty quickly. I picked the set I got up for $800 - night edition rebel wheels and tires, with TPMS, brand new. Heck of a deal!

They're pretty popular with Wranglers, decent for off roading without going with an MT. Definitely one of the nicer looking AT. My neighbor has them on his Chevy Colorado.

I might try them out. Don't mind the noise because I have poor hearing and am used to the MT on my Wrangler. I don't mind the hum at all.

I got my wheels replaced Saturday and listed the OEM set that afternoon for $450, 6800 miles on them. Sensors not included. Sold last night for $380. So that was quick haha! Of course, wondering if I should've asked for more money, or if I just got lucky that someone wanted them. I didn't want them sitting around, so good riddens.
