2021 1500 Limited with fully loaded regular mirrors. I swapped to fully loaded tow mirrors.

I successfully updated the BCM to reflect tow mirrors, changed the fog light drop out with high beams, and calibrated the cameras. The truck in the surround view even updated the black and white lines the whole way around it instead of just the sides.

I however, cannot get the running lights to work nor the auxiliary trailer light.

In Alfa, under door module, there is a running light option and a rear trailer light option. When I attempt to change these settings to “on” I get an error. “Failed. Conditions not correct or Request sequence error.”

I have attached a photo. Any insight from anyone?

I can't get to my truck right now but I think it's mirror reverse light or something in car configuration change from inside the BCM.

Also, for 2021, you can't get mirror running lights in the tow mirrors. BCM can't do it from what I recall in my testing on my 2021 as it wasn't a factory option for 1500s until 2022 or 23.

Where I’m confused is you can find information that shows the blinkers have either a 2 prong or 4 prong plug. They say the 4 prong is with running lights.

I didn’t see anything under the BCM configurations for the reverse light but will look again.

Question I have now is, does the android version have advanced mode or is that only the windows version?

Where can I look to turn on the mirror reverse lights in alfaobd? Is it not possible on android phone?
