Thanks for all the input, I made a deal on a 2019 Limited Granite Crystal 4x4 Kentucky Derby. In stock at dealer in Atlanta and they are delivering it tomorrow. I did it all by text, and phone. They are removing the Derby stickers. and I will sell the Tonneau and put on what I want. Look in the other thread for my deal

So where is the update. You pick up your truck?!

LOL, I have it. I didn't get a chance to take any pics but I promise I will tomorrow after the windows get tinted. Tint guy I used is trying to talk me into ceramic for 300 but I normally pay 50.00 for the front two only so I doubt I will go that route.

When it was delivered, I noticed no floor mats and I called the saleperson immediately. He said he would have his parts guy ship them today and I would have them tomorrow 6/19. I already got the tracking on them.

When I got home my wife noticed scuffs/deep scratches on the wheel lip moldings on passenger side both front and rear. I never noticed because there was so much tire shine sling that's what I thought it was. I text my saleperson this evening and he called me. He said it will be handled, and they will ship me both moldings as long as I am comfortable installing. I said sure. I can't say enough about these guys at Palmer in Roswell, GA.

Other than that, I will say for a person who has driven Ford for my entire life this truck feels amazing. Only one day but WOW at the comfort. I have had multiple Platinum and King Ranch trucks and this one really is a step above from my initial drive home. The rear window vibrates because of the bass and it's really annoying and you really can't enjoy the stereo because of it. I don't know if that's how they all are or just mine.

The tonneau cover came off as soon as I got home, so anyone that wants one and is close to central Alabama I will sell it cheap. Thanks for all the input and stay tuned...

good point on the rear window. Mine rattles too with anything other than baseless XM radio. I should probably get back there and figure out how to prevent that rattle. Congrats on the truck!

Nice! Glad to hear they are taking care of everything. I have the 19 speaker in mine and I assume yours does as well. Turn off the Surround Sound and lower the bass a little and it will sound better. That’s what I did to mine and it works wonderfully. Those two speakers in the back on the roof above the central window put out some serious sound and that’s probably what is causing your rear to shake a little.

But yes the ride quality in these trucks with the Air Suspension is CRAZY good. I love everything about my truck but I hate getting to my destination since the drive is just so damn smooth and enjoyable.

Well considering I picked up my Limited in Granite Crystal yesterday my response is biased a bit haha.

The Limited is just amazing with everything it comes with and if you want less chrome then just get the body color bumpers.

If you are getting a FULLY loaded Laramie with the Air Ride, Level 2 package, etc etc your price is going to be damn well near the Limited honestly. At that point I’d get the Limited and I like the grill more too on the Limited. Plus over time if you ever go to sell it I’m sure you would get a better return on selling the highest trim package vs a lower trim. It’s all personal preference though. The limited does have different seats than the Laramie but being honest I never sat in a 2019 Laramie since I knew what I was after. Here is what mine looks like in the color you want.

PPL say I'm crazy for getting a longhorn and dressing it as a limited..............well, the saddle brown interior is just that important to me. So when I added Level I and Advanced Safety, 22s, etc...........it came in just a tad under the Limited Pricing. Well...........that saddle brown/black interior is worth it to me. FOR ME ........I didn't care for the black Limited Interior because I currently have black interior.

a friend of mine who is retired from the auto body repair shop he used to work at did exactly what you said. he bought a white 18 longhorn with the black and cattle tan interior, but put on the limited badges and the chrome on the doors. he loved my interior on my 13 longhorn with the black and cattle tan interior. when he pulled in my yard and i looked inside it surprised the hell out of me. it looked great. he has the best of both!!

LOL ....now he went a bit far with the limited badges ........reminds me of someone buying a 6 cyl Mustang and putting 5.0 on the side :) ......but I bet it was beautiful as heck. That cattle interior is just out of this world to me. I could buy one of a few limiteds sitting on the lot, but I gotta have that saddle brown

Ya know .....I thought about that. I may go without, at first because I usually debadge my stuff...........but I have that chrome strip on my GMC.....but removed the word Sierra. In this case, I have no chrome strip, but have the word Ram and the Longhorn badge. We'll see.

Did you order from the dealership and who will install for you..........knowing me, I would do it crooked or too far forward or backwards.

My pricing went way beyond the Limited...but I wanted that grille and interior, so I can appreciate your choices!
