Kit to use air suspension compressor

Greetings all,
I have a 2019 Ram Laramie with the air suspension. I’m wondering whether anyone knows if there is a modification kit that that can use the truck’s air suspension compressor to fill such things as tires, inflatable paddle boards, etc.?

I don't think so. I believe it is a sealed system that uses Nitrogen.
