Took my 2022 in for an oil change today, on the invoice the dealer had my idle / run hrs on it. Has anyone seen this before?

NO.
Never heard of that.
I don't believe it exists.
You are being punked and/or scammed.
Your 2020 blue RAM is not a 2022, unless it is, and then you're punking us.

Seriously...try the search bar at the top.

No, that’s my bad, bought a 2022 rebel and didn’t change it

I'm sure the dealer can easily get that off your trucks computer, since they can get a lot of information about your truck that you can't see. At one time it was available through a user screen.

Below is from a 2019 from an earlier thread on this site. Not sure when they stopped making it accusable to the user because I can find no such screen on my truck.

It’s on my 22 and was also on my last two 4th Gens🫤🤔

It's on my 2021 Laramie and on my son's 2022 BigHorn

Have it on my 2020 Bighorn, it's the next screen to the right of Guage Summary under "Vehicle Info" in the EVIC display
