New RAM owner here. In my 2020 RAM 1500, I'm having a hell of a time figuring out how to turn off/adjust my headlights when the vehicle is running . . .

  1. In all dial settings -- off, parking lights, on, auto -- the headlights just remain on.
  2. Fog lights don't turn on when I push the fog lights button
  3. Disabled "Daytime Runnings Lights" from the UConnect console, no change
Vehicle is US-based and always has been (read something about Canadian-made RAM trucks having full-time DRL's).

Any ideas?! It's not a big deal -- I don't mind having them on -- but it's a little annoying that it isn't easier to diagnose . . .

Possibly a bad headlight switch for both issues. Not sure how much they cost, but might be worth a shot. Other than having dealer diagnose with the computer

I would try just unplugging the headlight switch, to see what happens.

Also, try rebooting the infotainment system. Since that is where you choose DRLs on or off, it may help.
