Accessory.parts not active

For anyone trying to reach a representative from accessory.parts, you will need to go through their website. I have contacted the owner and he says they are not monitoring any of the forums right now due to staffing issues, and not being able to find anyone willing to monitor and respond to forum posts.

I would take a guess that there is no one to monitor it as the owner doesn't want to pay someone to do it.

I'm sure it's not their primary duty. It's a small company with only a handful of employees. Maybe you should reach out and offer your vast business experience to help him out. Seems you would be a wealth of knowledge for him

I already have a job and he wouldn't be able to afford me.

If he wants to get business from the forums he can assign someone to spend 30-60 minutes each morning to go over requests and emails\messages if he wanted. It's not hard.
I believe they are a drop shipping company based upon the large amount of OEM parts they can aquire, so they should already have the IT know how to figure it out.

Obviously if they aren't getting enough business to warranted paying someone $30 a day to spend an hour looking at emails then it's not worth it, and just take yourself off from the internet, and there is nothing wrong with that a lot of small businesses don't bother with the online front.

They did seem like nice folks the couple of times I was able to get in contact with them.

Like you said, it probably has more to due with amount of sales from the forums not being worth paying someone specifically to do that work. They are an Internet based company. They don't have a storefront. And yesz they drop ship most items but do keep some smaller, more popular items in stock. Like they usually have a couple Vararam in the shelf
