Turn signal comes on randomly

2019 RAM 1500 Laramie, right turn signal comes on randomly. Have to toggle to left and leave there to cancel, but does not blink on left? Functions properly (lever), just random. Anyone else seen this? Have to boost battery sometimes to start but also random. Thx
