Trouble with quotes...

Not sure if this is the site or my phone somehow. I never use a PC to come here



This just seemed to start last week.






Whenever I insert a quote and type anything else it automatically pulls my text into the quote no matter what I try. Only once just a moment ago did this not happen.

Also, like here, somehow I end up with extra spaces/lines.

I doubt this is it, but have you tried clearing the mobile browser cache and restarting the phone?

What browser are you using? I use Firefox on my Pixel and have no issues.

I've been using Samsung Browser, which I think is a derivative of Chrome, but using Chrome right now. Looks like maybe I need to go back to Chrome. I liked the bookmarks and tabs in Samsung.

When I quote someone, I use the "reply button. Using Chrome.
