No, not purely from the VIN. The VIN will only tell you the year, model/trim, weight classification, cab/bed, engine, and drive (4x4 or 4x2).
But as stated above, you can use the VIN to look up everything about the truck by going to this link (and using the VIN in lieu of YOURVINHERE).

You should able to figure it out from the build sheet. I just had a look at mine.

The fact that mine lists things like:
Bucket Seats
Full Length Floor Console
Power 8-Way Driver Seat
Frt Pass Seat - Manual Adjust 4-Way

should tell anyone reading it that mine does not have a bench seat.

Thanks for the input. I was hoping one of the VIN characters could tell me if it had a bench. I wanted to search a list of VIN's for trucks with a bench. Guess it's going to take a little more digging.

Nope, the last 6 digits of VIN are just build sequence.
