Suggestions on what to use on black chrome Borla Tips?

I've never had black chrome, but I have used warm soapy water (dawn dish soap) for chrome tips.

Soap and water works well for most things on the vehicle, so not too much of a stretch for it to work here also.

I have used WD-40 on all kinds of exhaust tips for years. It will remove tar and stains that soapy water will not, and it leaves a protective film.

Don't worry, after a couple of years the metal will pit and you will end up letting them stay black.
