Yes, another tire/wheel post. I have read through the numerous tire/wheel threads and my head is spinning as I have only ever replaced tires on my vehicles with the same size. I want to swap the 22x9” +19 Night Edition wheels and go to 20x9” +19 Night Edition wheels because I want more rubber to protect the wheels. My Limited will have air suspension but will not be lifted or leveled. I have looked at customwheeloffset.com and tiresize.com and I know that 285/55/R20 tires will fit with no issues but I am trying to figure out if I can go bigger (like 295/55R20) without getting any rubbing. I would appreciate any help from anyone who has done something similar. Thanks!

Where are you located? I've been wanting a set of the 22s for my 2021. I literally just purchased a set of Spider Vision 20" wheels with 33" ridge grapplers

I am in Northeast Ohio. I have already purchased a set of 20” wheels.

About that. 33in overall won’t rub with suspension articulation.

Selling your 22"?

Would that be the largest size tire I could get?
I have 295/65r20 and they only fit with a 2.5" level. They a little taller than a 35" and I don't see them fitting without moving lower out of wheel well (level/lift).

Selling your 22"?
Yes I am going to be taking them off next week when I (hopefully) get my truck. Let me know if you are interested in them. We are about 2.5 hours apart (I am south of Cleveland).

Ok are they the snowflake ones? And what are you selling them for?

They are the snowflake ones but I am now thinking I may keep them. My truck came in this morning so I wanted to see them in person on the truck.

are they the black snowflake ones? and if you decide to sell them let me know, i`m in the akron /canton area.

It took me a very long time to decide if I wanted to keep the 22s but eventually traded them in the deal for 20s. I am very happy with my decision.

Very nice looking truck! I keep going back and forth between keeping the 22’s or going with the 20’s. I would prefer going to a 20 with a beefier tire but it will probably cost me more to make the switch.

I have no regrets, not that the 22s aren’t nice looking, they are, but for my taste and how I want the ride it was the right choice. One other thing is that I had just put the tires on my 14 not long before trading it in. I went through a program we have here and you pay them down over time. It made no sense to let those go, the dealership put my tires on the 20s and all was well, wasn’t paying for something I didn’t have anymore. The cost of rubber and the look of a more aggressive tire on the 22s wasn’t my preference.

Good luck!
