Anyone using a KUAT Pivot V2 or similar swing away?

I wanted to get a Pivot V2 (in 2095 when they are available again), but quick measurements lead me to believe that the exhaust will go right into the pivot point.

Has anyone used this or a similar accessory? Yakima, One Up, etc?

Dad has one of those. While I've never put it on my truck I can tell it will block the exhaust if I would when we park next to each other.

Well shoot. Kinda feel like one really needs one to get full access to the bed, but our exhaust design prevents you from being able to use it.
