Yeah that's nuts considering our trucks finished on the same day. Pretty much same truck as well. I'm in upstate NY and thats a hell of a lot closer than Orlando haha. Im literally just under 7hrs away from the plant and my trucks been sitting in buffalo NY which is about 4hrs away from me for almost a month now. Not sure what the hold up is can't really seem to get any info on it and my dealer doesn't even have an estimated date for me.

Nope. When they finally got the first update for the shipping phase it was supposed to arrive around like Feb 20th. A week after that day passed they checked again and there was no estimated date.

What do you guys think is a good amount of time after I have a window sticker to bug the dealer/md about an estimated arrival date I know they’re busy so I don’t wanna keep bugging them and I think Ramchat is pretty useless at this point correct?
Maybe 5 days or so

15 days after WS to dealer in CT for me, which put it 2 weeks early.

I contacted Ram Chat the Monday after my WS posted (Saturday night) and then that next Friday and the following Monday. It was the second Monday morning that Ram Chat told me my truck was loaded and gave me an ETA to the dealer. I expected to get the same response that second Monday as I had the previous two attempts, but I was pleasantly surprised that I got the answer I was looking for from Ram Chat. I then contacted my dealer/MD and they confirmed what Ram Chat told me. But it wouldn't hurt to email MD. I can't imagine it takes very much time for them to look up your POC to get updated info about your truck.

I’m antsy so i contact ram chat about every other day—this am i got disconnected while in my first chat; the second chat gave me an eta and i later saw an email response from the first saying no eta. I really think there is no rhyme or reason to their responses.

Something has to be wrong if it's sitting there for over a month. What is your dealer telling you?

Mines was built on 2/10 no WS and still not at the accessories shop yet! Some builds are built and delivered in 6 weeks. I am about to say f it not buy anything!

Ram chat gave me a new estimated shipping date of 3/7-3/21 yesterday and got a call from my dealer this afternoon saying it was on its way and sure enough she arrived this evening! Can't pick it up until Monday because of work but I went and saw it...only thing missing is spray on bed liner. Not sure how that happened. Other than that i can't wait to pick it up Monday!

Ram chat gave me a new estimated shipping date of 3/7-3/21 yesterday and got a call from my dealer this afternoon saying it was on its way and sure enough she arrived this evening! Can't pick it up until Monday because of work but I went and saw it...only thing missing is spray on bed liner. Not sure how that happened. Other than that i can't wait to pick it up Monday!

I would see if the Spray In Bed liner is on your window sticker because if it is they better get it installed for you locally. I am sure they will make it right.

I ordered my 2014 Limited and they forgot to install the running boards and the dealer said no way and charged me around $600 which I paid so I could get the truck the way it was ordered and home the night I signed for it. In the morning I called FCA Customer Care and they sent me a check for my entire thing and gave me 3 oil changes. Truck looks great BTW! GOOD LUCK with it!!

yeah... THAT'S a weird one for it to ship w/o. and check BUILD SHEET... the window stickers don't always have everything they should due to the room they have on it.

Truck arrived at mark dodge this morning. Was estimated from the plant March 2-14. It was an august 18th order date. Finishing up paperwork and getting it shipped to Colorado next week. Thanks for all the updates and info on everything. It’s much appreciated. A long wait but now we are really excited to get it. I hope everyone who’s been waiting as long as we have or longer gets there’s soon.
