I have a wind noise complaint also but sounds like mine is behind the dash on passenger side. Sounds like an actuator is sticking it a flap is getting stuck. Turn off AC and it goes away for a bit. It happens with the vents closed or open and with the AC on direct or recirculate

I have this same issue on my 2020 Ram 1500 Limited. Did you ever get any resolution from Ram?

Solved! (For me, anyway). I added weather stripping around the edge of each door. For the fronts, I did not add the the hinge side as they seemed quite tight. The rear doors, I did add. I did not do the tops of any of the doors as those seemed quite tight as well. On the bottoms of each door I ran the stripping under the seal attached to the door. Test drive after install put me back in my happy place! I can’t believe how quite the cab is now...As some here say....tomb-like! I still may want to sound deaden the rear panel in the future for the left over road noise.
One roll per door, 7 bucks each. Wiped areas with alcohol first.
My best upgrade.

I get noise as well on long trip it give me ear pressure if you keep driving over 75 or over 80 mph

This is crazy, a 50k+ vehicle should not need me to add frost king weather stripping to the doors. But great find RAMRhode! Anyone else try tell their dealers about RAMRhode's $24 fix?

All you guys with wind noise see if your trucks have the lower weather stripping seal across the bottom of your bed (part 2 in the drawing)
extending to your cab. If you don't, that's most likely the culprit.

I get that 7$ is cheap to fix it, but still don’t get why we always need to pay a little 7$ there to fix something and a little 20$ to fix an A/C performance issue and another 70$ there to fix the poor mudflap design that don’t drain and etc. I know perfection doesn’t exist, but when there’s major issue on a vehicule FCA should focus on a rapid fix. My 2 cents

100% agree! When everyone is dropping 40-70k on a vehicle we shouldn't be having all these diy fixes. This all should be fixed under warranty.

RAMRhode can you post more photos further back so we can get a full picture of where you put the weather stripping around your 4 doors?

yep i only did it on my driver side and it worked! passenger side doesn't seem to have the same problem.

I noticed after installing the weather stripping (D style with 3M tape). The doors even when fully closed were slightly proud of the rest of the body of the truck. Were your doors harder to close after adding the gasket?

not at all if anything they felt better to close. kinda like it cushioned it so it didnt feel like a hard slam

My entire can when I got onto the highway today, going directly into the wind and then crosswind, sounded like I was in a wind tunnel.. on way back, with wind not in my face, a fraction of the sound.. just picked my 19 Longhorn up 5 days ago.. ughhh.. already having to get the amp enhancement tab, the dash above the instrument gauges replaced and now this.. ughhh.. took to dealership just now and they don't have any loaner trucks for me to use, not even in the next 3 weeks.. and said they would have to keep mine for at least couple weeks . Fml

Have my 2021 Ram 1500 since Oct, just about 10.000 miles on it now, since day one it has had wind noise on the passenger side, either the front or the rear door, driver side seems good, had it into dealer, they say they adjusted the doors, but still the same wind noise, at speeds of 60 and over, you cant have a conversation in the cab, or even hear the radio without turning it up, on a very windy day twice as bad, dealer pretty much has gave up on this, changed from a Ford to a Ram, wise I had not now, makes driving this truck unbearable at times.

I came across this solution today, and gave it a try on I70 in Western Kansas with a strong cross wind. Pulled over at a rest stop and did this, works like a champ!

It's called "brute force body work" and works like a charm.
1. Roll down window.
2. Open door.
3. Sitting sideways in the seat (facing the door), put your knee in the lower part of the door below the door handle area so you have leverage when grabbing the top of the door and pulling into bend it in a little.
4. Grab the top of the door (again, make sure the window is rolled down) and pull it in a little to try to bend it in to seal better when the door is closed.
5. Close the door when you are finished, roll up window, take for a test drive and see if that fixed it.
6. If not, repeat the procedure again to bring the top in a little more.
