Ram chat has really been playing with my emotions this past week when it comes to my trucks shippings status. On 1/20 I got an email from US Customer Care informing me my trucks ETA to my dealer is the week of 2/14. Then on 1/26 Ram chat told me dealer ETA of 1/26-2/8. Then today Ram chat told me truck Is in transit dealer ETA of 1/26-1/31 (today). No truck today so I ask Ram chat tonight and I was told vehicle has been released from factory and approved for shipping but has not yet “left” still showing a dealer ETA of 1/31 however. I think I’m giving up with Ram chat when it comes to shipping, they’re like a roulette dealer spinning the wheel and waiting to see what number it lands on lol.

Update…Ram chat was accurate. My truck was delivered to my dealer yesterday at some point (they just didn’t inform me, not super impressed). Cassen’s tracking website was not helpful, no combination of searches found my truck. Now the wait for prep and paperwork and I should be cruising tomorrow! There’s been so much anticipation waiting on the steps involved with this forum there’s a part of me that’s actually sad it’s over lol (is that weird?!).

I was 1/13 ‐ 1/25 and my truck was delivered on 1/17. Hopefully that rings true for you too! I owe you some pics also lol. I'll try to get some tomorrow. Been swamped.

No, JB is "body vendor". KZP, as I understand it, is basically "arrived to the shipping area from body vendor".

I'm pretty sure he gave me a pretty good multi vehicle discount since we did my wife's Audi a couple months ago. I've also referred several folks to them.

As far as paint correction, I made sure they knew it would be coming to them with grime all the way from SHAP. No problem they were going to wash and de-iron. If they find anything major that they cannot handle they take it next door and get Next Level Detail do it.

Well I hope my Longhorn will be build on 02/09. My POC says delivery date 02/09. Maybe they will build a bunch soon.

Our Longhorns may be brothers...that is my ESD at well.

I think it is regional. In my region it is 0% for 48 months, or $1000 cash allowance. Need to check your regional incentives.

Hot dog finally, dealer and ram chat say Mines in paint has an estimated ship date of 2-3. I doubt the ship date but atleast it's rolling.

You just need to go to the Ramtrucks.com website and look it up for yourself. My geographic area has multiple different specials based on trim level, cab size, and bed size of truck. Your geographic location may be very different.

I was told that my truck should arrive at the dealer between 2/7 and 2/16. I am beyond excited !! I was going through my paperwork and realized that the price has increased by $1985.00. My build sheet has the base price of $63210.00. I just pulled down my window sticker, the price is $64995.00. What funny is that I just used the RAM website to build my truck, it, has the base price of $64095!!!. Do I have to bare the price increase when I take delivery/ I did sign contract of sale showing the price, taxes etc because I had to put down a non-refundable deposit. But, since there wasn't a VIN assigned, all of the info were blanked out. What do you guys think?
