I'm stuck between the two. I can't seem to find out this answer.

If one orders a Laramie Longhorn and checks all the boxes (including air suspension), is there anything that the Limited would still have over the Longhorn besides the look of it?

In other words, is there anything exclusive only to the Limited?

Thanks for your reply. Great forum, really excited about the truck.

Differences would just be looks at that point. You can option a Longhorn out with everything the Limited has.

A Longhorn is a CowBoy trimmed Limited. The material quality is even the same, in my opinion.
Thats the impression I got as well after sitting in both of them. Loaded up I believe they have identical options. The black/brown Longhorn interior is beautiful though.

Wonder if you get splinters from the wood.

I THINK from a feature set you'd be the same. I ordered a loaded laramie sport, and just got back from checking out a limited at a local auto show. From what I saw, the only thing I wasn't sure about was the electric release on the tailgate, (?) and the steerable LED headlights.

The materials in the limited were very nice though, I noticed how soft the rear seat leather was. I am a little worried that the seat leather, dash covering, etc, may not be quite as nice in the laramie. As far as I recall it's not just the stitched door panels, but also the wood trim as well as the trim around the radio etc.

The Laramie has a different dash covering that is textured similar to current trucks, but still a nice material. A loaded Laramie should have the electric tailgate release inside the cap as well but the steerable lights are Longhorn and Limited only.

I pick Laramie longhorn with out Air Suspension. It's standard on Limited. Same selection without air suspension, was more money than picking Limited with air suspension. I tried air suspension in my 2014. That's why I'm getting a 2019 without. Pretty much same except no A. S. , moonroof, trailer package, I wanted the mountain brown interior with out filigree seats. Limited was approx 300.00 less money

The Longhorn is becoming one of my favorite trims, I wasn't a fan of the Longhorn on DS but I'm really liking the 2019s.

Blacks nice. Have it in Ram 2014. You literally could vacuum each day. That's why I went with mountain brown

Speaking of the 22”rims i wanted to order the laramie black package but the only rim option is 22 w low profiles .....wont these perform horrible in a new york winter????-any insight ive never had a truck or suv with low profile tires only cars with them and they should have stayed in the driveway in the snow

After seeing the black and tan interior in person I can definitely say it's a huge selling point for the Longhorn.
Hey Jared, JI & RU . . . My (to be ordered when V6/eTorque arrives) BIG HORN with Off Road 4x4, level-1, 9 speakers, rear wheel liners ($43,930) is "THE POOR MANS" LONGHORN when ordered in the Black/Brown Cloth interior (which is what I will be doing -- cause, "I am just a poor boy from a poor family . . . I have squandered my existence for a pocket full of . . . well you get the idea," thanks Simon & Garfunkel (1970) !

Sounds like a fine truck. Trucks foundation is pretty much the same across models so yours it's not a poormans ride. None are cheap, just because you aren't getting some whistles and bells don't make it less of a RAM.... Go for it.

And a hearty thank you -- not my 1st Dodge/RAM Rodeo, but it's been "awhile" -- in a 2016 75th Laredo G.C. till I can get a better "sit-in feel" for the DT Big Horn Cloth 5 seater Quad ! Only thing the V6 doesn't have mechanically vs the V8 are those Vibration Cancelling modules on the frame; not sure about the noise cancelling tech. in the cabin though ! Other minor changes like type of shocks, wheels, tires, etcetera are expected of course .

This 2019 will be my third Ram. My 2014 Limited I'm trading because of air suspension. It's a toss up on people who love it and people who don't because it failed in certain scenarios. Mine failed so no more air suspension for me. Dealer couldn't find anything wrong. So Getting mostly same profile without air suspension and moonroof. Need to have the Hemi purring along at 65 and the air suspension drop to bumpstops. Then raise to Off road level Two. Which isn't supposed to raise if I think 18 mile an hour. Anyhow.

Do you lose the filigree when switching to the black/brown interior?
