Man... Did you order from a dealer that sells 10 rams a year. I wonder if sales volume has an effect on how quickly RAM builds trucks? I am in Salt Lake City and the dealer that I order mine from is a pretty high volume one. I ordered it on 12/10/21 and should be getting mine in about a month.

Adding a new VIN to the tracker. My truck had a BS on 1/3 and I got an email from the dealer yesterday that there was an issue in final inspection and they need to build me a new truck. Curious what the issue was but that info was not provided by the factory rep to my dealer.

Huge pain because the truck was originally flying through the build and I am coming off a lease, so timing is pretty bad, but I am glad they are building a new truck rather than trying to fix a major issue.

differently better to get another then fixing whatever is incorrect


also make sure you get a new poc so you can check that it is the same ordered truck

@bigdodge good call - will definitely get a new POC to ensure that the same truck is ordered. First time I have heard of them scrapping a truck, but this whole build process is new to me as it used to be easy to buy off the lot.

The factory is supposedly expediting the order, but we shall see.

@Eighty is correct, that is the fastest I find for a member truck!

If I include all trucks then the fastest goes to a Big Horn delivered to Jim Riehls CDJR in Michigan.

How did you find this info out from Cassens? Which search option did you use?

I have been searching dealer code on their website. This way I could look at all the orders they had coming in. This morning they were two pending deliveries and one of them had my truck's VIN number on it. I thought that if you selected dealer code and started typing in your dealers name it would come up. But if that doesn't work you can go to your dealers website and find a truck's VIN number that's already been delivered and try to find that The VIN search. Then you'll be able to pull up the shipper with the dealer code on it and go from there.

You would think they might be able to call in a favor as many as they sell...but maybe it was your "decal delete" that makes your order so specialized, the factory is still trying to figure out how to handle it.

I tried looking but could not find out what trucking company delivers to Virginia? Specifically Koons Tysons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My salesman just said he'll let me know when it arrives. I just thought it would be cool to track the delivery.

Just go to the site and type your dealer number in. That will tell you. I live close enough to SHAP they deliver one vehicle at a time to my dealer...should be a quick trip for my truck, if it ever gets finished.

For those waiting on a WS and wanting something to search, I believe the payload/capacity info becomes available after inspection. For me, I was able to see that the first time on the morning that my WS came out later in the evening.

I got BS Monday WS Wednesday and my truck arrived at the dealer this afternoon. My dealer is 1 hour from SHAP.

Hang in there. I got my southfork in Nov and it has been great. Incredible interior and a beast of a truck.
