Well just got off the phone with my dealer and now ram chat. My Truck was supposed to have been built over Thanksgiving and shipped this week. Just found out that they are waiting on parts and now Ram Chat said I am in Scheduling. What does scheduling mean? and how much longer do I need to wait?

They should all be accessible now. If anyone is still getting errors, they should try clearing their cache. And if all else fails, try a different server (Jeep, Dodge, or Chrysler).

RAM chat was useful in letting me know when to bother my dealer for an actual update. Their information sucks, but at least I could tell when something had changed based on the language used.

Agreed, at this point why would they cancel the truck you ordered, you have no claim to it at this point and they already ordered it, so it makes a lot more sense to just have it as a lot model for them instead of trying to order another truck for their lot

I ordered 12/2 and have an estimated ship date of 12/19. There is no rhyme or reason as to why Ram builds some faster than others.

My order date is 11/30/21 and I have the same ESD of 12/19/21. Seems like I've seen this ship date several times here, which makes me question if it's legitimate or not...

The ESD has been pretty accurate for build date, truck will almost guaranteed not ship on that date.

I get that word of mouth and handshakes with dealers don't mean anything. When I canceled my order after waiting 4 months, it should have been canceled. I asked for it to canceled. They gave me the handshake and said "sorry for the delays". Not cool to be lied too.

Transparent and good old honest salesmen are few and far between.

I'm curious as to why this matters? If they aren't trying to get you to pay for it, does it matter that they take delivery of the truck?

Our builds are very similar overall. Interesting, but I doubt it means anything in reference to the ESD.
