Finally picked up mine on 11/8/19 exactly 2 months from ordering it (build date of 10/18).
So far I haven't done much to it, just swapped out the CHMSL lights with LED's. I am going to get my tonneau tomorrow (11/16). I have also ordered the bed divider which is coming this weekend. The only other thing I have been thinking is the Weather Tech or Husky mud flaps, but haven't fully decided on if I will or not (or which brand).
I have only 400-ish miles on it and coming from a 2008 Mazda 6, this thing is BIG....and wonderful. I have not had any gremlins *knock on wood*, just a few minor hiccups with the Parking Sensors locking up on me (probably due to be dirty).
The only bummer is the same day I got it...drove to work and there was an another brand new Laramie Black Package in my lot...I thought that I was going to be unique
