35 inch Tires on Ram Rebel

I apologize if this has been discussed already however after much searching, I have not been able to find a definitive answer.

I have a 2019 Rebel with a 2 inch Ready Lift level lift and would like to run 35x12.50r20 Nitto Ridge Grappler tires. These tires would be mounted on 0 offset 20x9 wheels.

With the 2 inch level lift and the Rebels already 1 inch lift from factory, this would equal a 3 inch lift on a none ORP Ram 1500. I figure this is close to the 3.5 inch lift Ready Lift recommends to be able to fit 35x12.50 tires.

Will the combination of wheels and tires I wish to run fit without any rubbing issues?

Very nice looking set up... I went with the same Nitto tires but 285 65 20 which is same 35’ height, just 11.5 wide on 20x9 +1 Fuel Diesel wheels. Haven’t seen any mileage loss but I only have 2300 miles on the truck and it’s remained around 15mpg...

The wheels are Grid Offroad GD 8s in metallic dust with matte black. I didn't notice much of a mpg hit at all however I recalibrated the speedometer/shift points when I installed the larger tires.

Do you have to have 20" wheels plus the lift to get the 35s to fit? I currently have the stock 17s on my 2020 Rebel.

You don’t have 17” wheels, you have 18” wheels.

Lol, ok Mr. Crabby Pants, take it down a notch and get some thicker skin. You’ll find that people here will be pretty quick to correct false statements. God forbid you make a false statement about oil (that will start WWIII).

Tell you what. First, figure out what YOUR truck actually has. Then, do a little reading on this site. Look for pictures and comments of the configuration you want. Tire/wheel sizes are probably the most-discussed topic on this forum.

If you ask a question, make sure you provide specifics for your truck. You said you have a Rebel with stock wheels. Do you have air suspension? It will make a difference.

Not sure if you’re still around, but here’s a good post about fitting 35’s on a Rebel. You might want to ask a few more questions (on that thread) about the specifics of the setup.
