looking to buy a winch 10k

which would you guys recommend its gonna be in my front bumper and a 10k as its smaller and less weight i dont really think i will need a 12k

so basically from what im reading syn rope to save weight....

but is thier anything esle ? brand or anything i need to worry about or any extras i need to look for ?

10k is on the smaller side for our trucks. Most of us are all running 12k.
hmmm ok will look for 12k then 🤣

but what i have seen was between warn smittybuilt and iron man decent prices all aimilar features for 12k winch

Warn... when I worked at 4wp we had a pile of warranty smittybilt winches from them breaking for various reasons. Had one warn come through in the whole time I was there.

Buy once (Warn), cry once. Ill let you in on a little tidbit that may or may not still exist. My dad bought a 10k warn through Vice Designs for his Rebel. They were out of stock, so they let him have the 12k at the 10k cost.

I don't know what the price difference is, but back in the day myself and most of my off road club ran Ramsey winches. Never had a problem with them on any of our vehicles... and we actually used them pretty hard at times. I'm out of that game for the most part now so I don't know how the price of a Ramsey compares to Warn. Just a thought.

I recently got my Dodge a Warn Winch from 4wheelonline. I highly recommend it.

Buy Warn, but buy the version made in the US. They have a budget version made in China, don't buy that version. 12K and syndetic rope. Great winch, used it a lot on my Jeep.

I have owned them all. WARN is the only way to go!! And you will need 12k 10 is ok until it is not!!
