What's the "border" between "upstate NY" and "downstate NY"? Sometimes it seems there is only up and down! I'm in the southern portion (lifetime, so far), brother in law is near Albany and son went to University of Buffalo. Albany appears in the middle. So is Albany both up and down? Or is anything north of NYC upstate?
It seems "up state" has been used my entire life and we never reached the middle of the state!

Welcome from another Northern New Yorker, Canton which is less than 20 miles from the Canadian border. Nice truck, I'm sure you are going to love it. I bought my BTS Ram a few months ago. I am currently visiting in NH, my first real road trip with the Ram. Love both the comfort and the power.
